Fresh off the stove this week we are offering a Ukrainian combination of BORSCHT and PAMPUSHKY. Our Borscht variation features a robust pork broth combined with shredded beets, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onions.
How It’s Crafted:
Our signature Borscht begins with a deeply flavourful stock, crafted by slow simmering tender pork hocks. We gently sauté diced onions, shredded beets, and carrots to unlock their natural sweetness before folding them into the broth alongside tender diced potatoes and crisp shredded cabbage. After low-and-slow simmering to let the rich, earthy flavours perfectly marry, each bowl is finished with a velvety dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of aromatic fresh dill.
The Ultimate Soup Companion is Pampushky (Ukrainian Garlic Buns)
No bowl of Borscht is complete without them. Grab a side of these pillowy soft dinner rolls, generously brushed with aromatic garlic herb oil, perfect for soaking up every last drop of your soup.

They feature a crisp, delicate shell that melts into a sweet, airy cloud the moment you take a bite. It is a wonderfully elegant, bite-sized palate cleanser that satisfies your sweet tooth without weighing you down.
How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence, work or any location you prefer.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday. Need a different day or time? Add a note at checkout and we’ll customize an alternate delivery plan for you.
