We are located in Northwestern Ontario and utilize locally sourced fresh ingredients for a handcrafted comfort classic soups, tailored for local, small batch production.
We’ve had the pleasure of being exposed to food from a wide range of ethnicities including Slovakia, Italy, Mexico and England to name a few, resulting in a variety of soups.
This range of exposure represents a wonderful spectrum of traditional comfort foods. The soups from these regions are often designed to be hearty, using local ingredients to create distinct, warming flavours.
Our speciality is homemade soup from scratch, where we create our own broth, grow our herbs and source local ingredients when available.
