Hello & Happy Thursday!
On the menu for Monday, June 22nd is ROASTED RED PEPPER SOUP & CHEDDAR CHIVE FOCACCIA! Velvety, smoky, and slightly sweet. Topped with our signature homemade garlic croutons, adding a perfect golden crunch to every velvety spoonful.
How It’s Crafted:
Our soup begins with sweet bell peppers, fragrant garlic, and sweet onions, tossed in olive oil and seasoned with a bold blend of paprika and chili flakes before roasting in the oven to lock in their natural sweetness. Once perfectly caramelized, the roasted vegetables are puréed in a blender with homemade vegetable broth and a touch more olive oil until silky smooth. We then transfer the velvety base to a simmer pot, stirring in rich tomato paste and a splash of cider vinegar to let the deep, complex flavours develop. A simple finish of sea salt and cracked black pepper completes this comforting classic
Included are our signature homemade garlic croutons; crafted from our own scratch-baked white bread, cubed, and tossed with premium olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and kosher salt for the ultimate golden crunch.

Cheddar chive Focaccia Bread is a savoury, Italian flatbread featuring a crisp, golden olive oil crust and a soft, airy, chewy interior, heavily topped with sharp cheddar cheese and fresh chives
Sweet Treats:
These are classic French style meringues, featuring a glossy shell that gives way to a delicate, slightly chewy centre. Currently in stock are Cotton Candy, Watermelon and Strawberry Banana to name a few.

How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday. Need a different day or time? Add a note at checkout and we’ll customize an alternate delivery plan for you.
