The New Newbie: Creamy Reuben Soup
Hello & Happy Wednesday!
New this week we are offering CREAMY REUBEN SOUP & CARAWAY RYE FOCACCIA. All the iconic flavors of the classic deli sandwich in a comforting bowl!
This rich, creamy soup features savoury corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and tender potatoes, and a hint of classic thousand island dressing, topped with Swiss cheese.
How It’s Crafted
We begin by melting rich butter in our stockpots, gently sweating onions and carrots before stirring in aromatic garlic and flour. Next, we slow simmer a deeply flavourful base of chicken broth, tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, caraway seeds, and hearty potatoes, rounded out with a unique twist of Thousand Island dressing and spices. Once the vegetables are perfectly fork tender, we finish the pot with a generous pour of heavy cream. Each bowl is finished with a rich topping of shredded Swiss cheese.

They feature a crisp, delicate shell that melts into a sweet, airy cloud the moment you take a bite. It is a wonderfully elegant, bite-sized palate cleanser that satisfies your sweet tooth without weighing you down.
How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence, work or any location you prefer.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday. Need a different day or time? Add a note at checkout and we’ll customize an alternate delivery plan for you.
