Hello & Happy Thursday!
On the menu for Monday, April 6th is CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER & CHEDDAR SOUP & BREADSTICKS. This soup is a robust, velvety cauliflower and cheddar base loaded with tender florets for a rich and sophisticated take on a steakhouse classic.
This creamy soup begins by sautéing onions and garlic in olive oil, then simmering cauliflower in rich chicken stock until tender crisp. After setting aside a generous portion of the florets, the remaining mixture is blended with cream and sharp cheddar until velvety smooth. Finally, the reserved cauliflower is returned to the pot, and the soup is finished with an extra sprinkle of cheddar.
This week’s bread accompaniment: Soft, fluffy yeast breadsticks, baked to a golden brown and brushed with savoury garlic butter, finished with a delicate sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
I also offer a variety of homemade MERINGUES, flavours including Mint Chocolate Chip, Banana Milkshake, Orange Creamsicle and always Vanilla if you prefer a traditional Meringue.

Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 and can be your residence or a work location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday.
