On the menu for Monday, June 1st is BEEF BARLEY SOUP and GARLIC CHEESE BREAD STICKS. Cozy, hearty and packed with tender beef and chewy pearl barley, this soup is comfort in a bowl. Slow simmered in a robust broth with aromatic onions, carrots and celery.
How It’s Crafted:
Our beef barley soup is crafted through a patient, multi step process that builds deep, layered flavours. We begin by searing cubed beef chuck to develop a rich, caramelized crust, locking in the natural juices. Next, we sauteé carrots, celery, and onions in the pan drippings to absorb every bit of savoury flavour. We deglaze the pot with rich, homemade beef stock and add wholesome barley, simmering slowly until the flavours perfectly marry.

Sweet Treats:
New flavour this week is a Pina Colada Meringue! These are classic French style meringues, featuring a glossy shell that gives way to a delicate, slightly chewy centre. Currently in stock are Cotton Candy, Watermelon and Orange Creamsicle to name a few.

How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday.
