On the menu for Monday, July 6th is CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER & CHEDDAR SOUP & GARLIC KNOTS. This soup is a robust, velvety cauliflower and cheddar base loaded with tender florets for a rich and sophisticated take on a steakhouse classic.
How It’s Crafted:
Our velvety soup begins with fragrant onions and garlic gently sautéed in premium olive oil. Next, we toss in fresh cauliflower, rich chicken broth, and aromatic herbs, simmering the pot until everything is perfectly tender. The mixture is then blended into a silk-smooth puree before returning to the heat. We finish it by swirling in rich cream, warm spices, and a final handful of tender-crisp cauliflower florets for the perfect bite.

Hand twisted and baked until golden, these rolls are drenched in a buttery garlic herb glaze that’s impossible to resist. They are soft, pillowy, and designed for one thing: soaking up every last drop of that rich cauliflower broth.

Sweet Treats:
We have classic French style meringues, featuring a glossy shell that gives way to a delicate, slightly chewy centre. Currently in stock are Orange Creamsicle, Canadian Maple and Cotton Candy to name a few.

How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence, work or any location you prefer.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday. Need a different day or time? Add a note at checkout and we’ll customize an alternate delivery plan for you.
