Hello & Happy Thursday!
On the menu for Monday, April 20th is CREAMY PARMESAN ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP & CHEESY GARLIC DINNER ROLLS. This soup boasts a velvety, indulgent broth that perfectly balances Italian sausage with savoury Parmesan.
How It’s Crafted:
I first brown the Italian sausage into golden, bite-sized crumbles, filling the kitchen with that amazing savoury scent. Then, I stir in the aromatics, seasonings, and garlic diced tomatoes, letting everything simmer in a pot of homemade chicken stock until the flavours are perfectly married. I toss in ditali pasta, letting it cook until it’s just al dente. Finally I swirl in cream cheese, heavy cream, and plenty of Parmesan to get that velvety finish we all love.
This week’s bread accompaniment: Cheesy Garlic Dinner Rolls are basically a warm hug from the oven. They’re pillowy soft, loaded with cheddar, garlic and fresh chives, then finished off with a generous brush of garlic butter and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
Sweet Treats:
I also offer a variety of homemade MERINGUES, flavours including Mint Chocolate Chip, Banana Milkshake, Orange Creamsicle and always Vanilla if you prefer a traditional Meringue. CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT flavoured Meringues have been added to the line up this week.

How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday.
