On the menu for Monday, April 27th is CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN SOUP & CHEDDAR CHIVE FOCACCIA. This soup boasts a velvety, indulgent broth that perfectly balances chicken, sun dried tomatoes and spinach.
How It’s Crafted:
Our Creamy Tuscan Chicken Soup begins with golden seared chicken breasts simmered in a rich, homemade chicken stock infused with sun-dried tomatoes, aromatic garlic, and earthy Italian herbs. We add tender small pasta shells, cooking them until perfectly al dente, before finishing the pot with handfuls of fresh spinach, a swirl of heavy cream, and plenty of Parmesan resulting in a velvety, soul warming soup.
This week’s bread accompaniment: Cheddar Chive Focaccia is a savoury, Italian flatbread featuring a crisp, golden olive oil crust and a soft, airy, chewy interior, heavily topped with sharp cheddar and fresh chives. Dimpled before baking to create its signature bubbles, the bread combines aromatic, melted cheese with the pungent, mild onion flavour of chives.
Sweet Treats:
COTTON CANDY is the newest addition to the Meringue line up this week. These are classic French style meringues, featuring a glossy shell that gives way to a delicate, slightly chewy centre. Always available are Peanut Butter, Chocolate Hazelnut and Mint Chocolate Chip to name a few.

Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday.
