On the menu for Monday, May 11th is CREAMY CHICKEN ORZO SOUP & ROSEMARY FOCACCIA BREAD. This creamy chicken soup is pure amazingness! Tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, orzo pasta and heavenly garlic herb Boursin cheese come together in a savoury, comforting soup!
How It’s Crafted:
We sear seasoned chicken breast and golden mushrooms with fresh thyme and aromatics before deglazing the pan with a refined dry white wine. As the orzo simmers in savoury chicken broth, it absorbs every layer of flavour. We complete the dish by swirling in Boursin cheese and heavy cream, achieving a rich, decadent consistency that defines gourmet comfort.
What’s a hearty bowl of soup without the perfect sidekick? Rosemary Focaccia bread is a perfect soup dipper.
Rustic, oven fresh focaccia bread infused with the aromatics of fresh rosemary and rich olive oil. Dimpled by hand to create pockets of flavour, this bread boasts a perfect golden crunch on the outside while remaining soft and airy within. perfect side for soaking up every drop of soup.
Sweet Treats:
KEY LIME is the newest addition to the Meringue line up this week. These are classic French style meringues, featuring a glossy shell that gives way to a delicate, slightly chewy centre. Always available are Peanut Butter, Chocolate Hazelnut and Mint Chocolate Chip to name a few.

How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday.
