On the menu for Monday, May 25th is CHICKEN ENCHILADA SOUP and JALAPENO CHEDDAR CORNBREAD. Our Chicken Enchilada soup encompasses the traditional flavours of an enchilada, capturing all the bold, smoky, and zesty notes of the classic dish and packing them into a rich, slow simmered broth.
How It’s Crafted:
Warm up with a comforting bowl of our signature Chicken Enchilada Soup. We simmer tender, shredded white meat chicken in a velvety, spiced tomato and green chili broth, enriched with hearty black beans, melted cheeses and traditional Mexican spices. It delivers all the bold, smoky, and zesty flavours of standard enchiladas in a rich, slow-simmered soup that is ready to heat and eat.
The Ultimate Soup Companion
Kick your meal up a notch with our fresh baked Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread. Crafted with cornmeal, creamy buttermilk, and a generous folding of sharp cheddar cheese, every bite delivers a perfectly moist texture with a subtle sweet finish. Flecked with fresh, finely diced jalapeños, It brings just the right amount of warmth.
Sweet Treats:
Stay tuned for some new flavours coming next week! These are classic French style meringues, featuring a glossy shell that gives way to a delicate, slightly chewy centre. Currently in stock are Cotton Candy, Watermelon and Orange Creamsicle to name a few.

How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday.
