Hello & Happy Thursday!
On the menu for Monday, April 13th is CABBAGE ROLL SOUP & ONION CHEDDAR FOCACCIA BREAD. This soup is all the comfort of a classic cabbage roll, served in a bowl!.
This hearty soup begins by sautéing onions, garlic and a ground beef/pork blend in olive oil until browned. Sliced cabbage and spices are added along with homemade tomato enriched chicken stock and simmered low and slow until the cabbage has softened and the flavours meld into a rich savoury broth. Finished with a blend of fresh hers, it’s a wholesome deconstructed classic made from scratch.
This week’s bread accompaniment: Our Onion Cheddar Focaccia features a savoury double dose of flavour. We fold a rich blend of caramelized onions and sharp cheddar cheese directly into our handcrafted dough, then add even more to the top for a perfectly crispy, golden brown finish.
I also offer a variety of homemade MERINGUES, flavours including Mint Chocolate Chip, Banana Milkshake, Orange Creamsicle and always Vanilla if you prefer a traditional Meringue. PEANUT BUTTER flavoured Meringues have been added to the line up this week. Maybe my favourite flavour so far.

How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday.
