On the menu for Monday, May 4th is LASAGNA SOUP & GARLIC KNOT DINNER ROLLS. Craving the warmth of a classic Italian dinner without the hours of prep? Our Deconstructed Lasagna Soup is officially here!
How It’s Crafted:
We start by sautéing fresh onions, garlic, and mushrooms in premium olive oil until tender and fragrant. Then, we simmer them in a rich blend of savoury beef broth, tangy tomato sauce, and aromatic Italian herbs. The defining element that sets this soup apart from the rest – traditional Italian meatballs, prepared with love by my dear friend Tina, just like Nonna used to make.
Finished with al dente lasagna noodles and a decadent trio of Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Ricotta cheese, it’s everything you love about lasagna, served up by the spoonful.

Hand twisted and baked until golden, these rolls are drenched in a buttery garlic herb glaze that’s impossible to resist. They are soft, pillowy, and designed for one thing: soaking up every last drop of that rich lasagna broth.

Sweet Treats:
WATERMELON is the newest addition to the Meringue line up this week. These are classic French style meringues, featuring a glossy shell that gives way to a delicate, slightly chewy centre. Always available are Peanut Butter, Chocolate Hazelnut and Mint Chocolate Chip to name a few.

How it works:
Delivery can be to your residence or a work location if that works better.
This can change as demand dictates and/or a potential pick up location is determined. Delivery times are between 2:30 and 5:30 to your delivery location.
Additionally I do have frozen soup and homemade snacks and sweets you can add to any order and include in your Monday afternoon delivery @ Shop All Frozen Soups

ORDER: Follow the link and order quantity of freshly made soup, bread, snacks and sweets. Ordering is open while quantities last until Saturday at 5:00 pm.
DELIVERY: Delivery is currently limited to the city of Thunder Bay, rural locations are not included at this time. Delivery times are between 2:30 – 5:30 PM every Monday.
